IN MEMORIUM Maude was a Great Dane and lived TO BE almost 12 years old. We lived in L.A. and I would drive down to Huntington Dog Beach every chance I got, because she loved it! She swam and went as far in the ocean just as well as any lab. We left LA in 2004 and moved to Chicago. Maude loved her dog parks and I was able to take her to the dog beach in Chicago, but it was nothing in comparison to her beloved Huntington Dog Beach. I was so lucky to have a Great Dane for so many years and she was the most lovely creature and I, of course, still miss her dearly.
